As aged care specialists, Burwood Hill Aged Care provides customised services for a range of care levels including dementia and respite care.

Becoming part of the community

Burwood Hill provides care to elders who have been assessed for a high or low care accommodation by the Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS). We invite families to take a tour, join us for lunch, get to know our staff and ask questions. Our Admissions Officer will provide information on the fees and charges involved, which can be a combination of an income-assessed weekly fee and an accommodation bond. We are here to help guide your family through the decision making and admissions process, and we warmly welcome your enquiry.

Holistic, personalised care

At Burwood Hill a range of care options, incorporating traditional aged care facilities, is supported by a team of highly-trained aged care specialists who are at hand 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Long Term Care in our home is offered for elders who choose to make our home their home permanently or for extended periods of time. Our staff are dedicated to creating the right home environment for each elder. Care plans and daily routines are customised with each elder’s preferences in mind, giving our elders the freedom of choice.

Respite Stay is available for elders who have personal caregivers at home. Short stay arrangements can be beneficial to elder and caregiver, giving each a restful break from everyday responsibilities. A respite stay is perfect if you are caring for a loved one and are planning a holiday, need a break from the day to day responsibilities for your well-being, or need the opportunity to introduce your loved one to a community living setting. Arrangements can easily be made by contacting our office. A potential elder requires an Aged Care Assessment Service (“ACAS”) assessment.
